Where are shut-offs located and how do you get there? Even if you know the information, is that stored in such a way that someone else can locate them in case of emergency? (Think House Sitters, Maintenance Personnel or even guests). Let’s do what we can to minimize those 2AM panic moments.
We have created a section that can be sent to a house or pet sitter so that valuable information can be provided while you’re away. No more wondering “Did I remember to let them know XYZ?”

In the Space & Specs Digital Notebook you can keep track of not only the paint color name, but the formula, sheen and maybe even how much was used or would be needed. Same for flooring materials.
But what set this Digital Notebook apart is capturing elements such as light bulb information for style, base type, and color temp (is it more yellow or more blue). And where these bulbs may be used. Spending the time and possibly hauling out a ladder one time, can save you frustration later when the bulb needs to be replaced and it’s 12 feet in the air…and then you realize you don’t have that bulb.
Appliance information and manuals can be stored on the document as well as a download in the electronic folders. I hear time and time again, “I can just find the manual online.” That’s true, or you can just have it available without having to navigate through multiple websites to find what type of filter your fridge needs.
